Alterations & Returns

We want you to be happy with your products purchased from Estilor. 

However, in case you are not happy with the item, you may return or exchange your goods received provided they meet the conditions mentioned below.

Returns

In case of a return, the customer will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.

Payment refund will only be made in case of a product with a manufacturing defect.

A return will be generated only if:

    • The product is unworn, unstained and in a condition suitable to be resold. 
    • The product is not damaged. 
    • The product has price tag and all labels attached.
    • The product must also be sent back in the same packaging box in which it was delivered to you.
  • Please note - You not liking the product is not valid reason for cash refunds, only manufacturing defects validates cash refund. A charge of Rs 300 will be deducted for refunds issued as an exception(other than manufacturing defect issue) to cover our logistics and processing costs..There may be slight variations in the site images and actual product colors owing to studio lighting for the shoots and differing mobile screen resolutions. Rest assured, the items shipped are the same one's used in the studio shoot.

Alteration/Exchanges

If you wish to alter/exchange your shirt for different size or replace with another shirt from our collection, please reach out to us on Whatsapp at 9310655706 or mail us at hello@estilorfashion.com with your order id and the item you want in exchange. The turnaround time for exchanges is 6 days, though we will try to get it to you sooner.

Process

You can place an exchange request for any of the items purchased by reaching out to our customer support via email within 7 days of delivery. 

Specify the reason for exchange or return in the email. In case of return, kindly also attach an image of the product.

Our team will process the ticket and reach out in case any further details are required from you. In most cases we will book a reverse shipment and get the item picked up from customer location. In the instance that we are unable to book a reverse order for some reason, then the item will have to be shipped by you to our office address at -
